if there is one thing that I can say changed my life forever it was Chrysalis. Not only did I accept christ on my flight but I also learned that christ has a plan for me. HOW AMAZING IS GOD'S GRACE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok...this isn't exactly about my flight but it is about what should have happened after. I was definitely changed after my 3 day experience last summer however...I didn't go out and try to change anything. This past week, I was at Youth 03, in Knoxville, some of yall were there I know, and there were so many exibits and booths set up, but Chrysalis...had just a little wire rack of brochures. I know brochures are helpful, but people can't get what something is really about from a brochure. I know we need to be sponsoring people who are really ready for this experience, but many people still do not know that this amazing experience is available to them. Also, I realized this week that, although I am involved in service somewhat at my church, I am not doing all that I could be to help people, in my community to around the world. I am seriously inspired to go out...and do something for anyone and everyone because I don't want to have just sat back and watched the world fall to evil. I am going to witness, I am going to serve, because this last week brought my Chrysalis experience back vividly in my mind, and I thought then that I would go out, and attempt to change the world, but I didn't really change much that I was doing. Anyway...in my next steps...I want to share God's love from one end of the world to the other...

Wow!!! Was that the coolest thing I've ever done! It made me see how great Gods' Love was and how awsome he really is! It just left me so full and I can't wait to show others the love I recived on my flight! God Bless and Fly with Christ!!!

Hello, I AM GOD'S CHILD!! My flight was so awesome. I NEVER knew how much God loved and cared for me until this weekend. I am so excited about getting involved in the community! It's so awesome to know that God loves me so much! God Bless!!!!!

All i have to say is that the whole experience is just God filled fun. My favorite thing about Chrysalis is that you are away from all of the temptations and worldly stresses that everday life brings. It's three days of just worshiping God with no worries and your surrounded by awesome loving people! I loved it!!!!

I had the most rewarding and uplifting Chrysalis experience. It brought me so much closer to God, and has aided me in my walk to Him. I was given the power and courage to forgive people for past events that hampered my Christian experience. I loved meeting new people and becoming so close to my tablemates! Fly with Christ!

Geez Louise! How can you fit all of what Chrysalis means to you in one little paragraph??? Well you can't. But i'm sure gonna try. Chrysalis has opened me up to SO MUCH in my walk with Christ. My original flight was almost two years ago (although it doesn't feel like it AT ALL), and I still see stuff from my flight emerge in my life ALL THE TIME. I've also worked a few teams, and MY GOODNESS, there is nothing greater!!! Every team gives me an experience to return to the servant's heart that God has locked somewhere deep inside me. What can i say, I LOVE CHRYSALIS!!! And sponsorship...man there's an incredible act of God. Its incredible how BLESSED the sponsors are by seeing their cats progress through the weekend, even though that isn't the original purpose AT ALL (to bless the sponsors, not to see the cats...you get the idea). I guess one of the things that rocks most about Chrysalis is how EVERYONE is blessed in their focus on the cats and on CHRIST. While the cats are blessed beyond words by God's grace and forgiveness, it is also the team, the sponsors, the community, who is blessed in their own way by God's grace through Chrysalis. I feel SO INCREDIBLY BLESSED to be on a team, or to be someone's sponsor. Why would God choose me to bring his love to these cats??? Sometimes it seems I need it more than the cats i am serving, and I know I need Christ every day. Chrysalis has been an incredible vehicle for God to work in my life. Praise god for his unending mercy. De Colores, and FLY WITH CHRIST!

I haven't been too involved in the Dallas Community lately, because I have been in school way out in the sticks of Abilene (sad day for me!), but what I can tell you about this community, is that even though I am not there, I still feel like I belong. I went on my flight a long time ago...it feels like forever ago...Flight #31. I met people there that have been some of the most important people in my life, still to this day. The opportunities I had to serve after my flight really opened up my eyes. I was taught what a real servant is, and I have tried to carry that into my life, even here at school. I found myself the other day telling someone "I'll be HAPPY to do that!" and I just chuckled. They didn't have a clue, but it brought me a refreshing feeling that I felt in the Dallas Chrysalis Community. I have to say, this community and this experience is a real life changer, but we all can't lose focus that it's all because of GOD!! De Colores to you all! May God bless you!

OK! Let's see, I don't know where to begin. Chrysalis has been a totally wonderful experience for me. It has changed my life. Through it I have learned many important lessons, met tons of wonderful, loving Christians who have truly touched my life, and matured as a Christian and an individual. There is not enough thank yous in this world to truly express how grateful I am for this experience. God has truly blessed me. And now that I have had the awesome experience of working some flights I know all the hard work that goes into one amazing God-filled weekend and it makes me appreciate even more all the people who pour out their hearts and hours into this organization. So to all of you, I say THANK YOU, a million times THANK YOU. You will never know how much you mean to me. I would also like to say how wonderful Chrysalis has remained to me as I have gone off to college. While it has been a wonderful experience, being several hundred miles away from home has been hard on me, but Chrysalis has helped make it easier. I anticipate (yes I should participate not anticipate :))coming home to go to a flight and go see all those wonderful people and it is very reassuring to know that they are there. But anyways, I am rambling on and on. And I'm not sure if much of this is making sense. But my point is that Chrysalis is awesome and we should all be thankful for this experience. So the next time you see your sponsor or someone who worked your flight or anyone else who helped you with your Chrysalis flight give them a BIG HUG and just say thank you because they really deserve it. I've been involved in Chrysalis for about 6 years now, maybe 7 (but who's counting?). I must say that I have loved every minute of it. Much like Jeff, I don't remember just a whole lot about my flight. But, the thing that amazes me is that I constantly see people from my flights around the community. And, they are always quick to greet me with a smile and a hug. I love the amount of energy and love that surrounds the entire community. But, mostly, I love the emphasis on a God-filled life, both individually and within the community. Chrysalis has been such a great experience for me, from attending my first flight, working on numerous flights and 4th day teams, to serving at banquet! And, I'm thankful I got involved.

My flight was amazing! The best part was candlelight. I saw my sponsor standing there. I didn't like the no talking part cause i LOVE to talk.

Well I can't say enough about this experience in my life. When i try to explain to people how awesome it is, they just can't comprehend the magnificent ways God moves through the Chrysalis community. The thing that really just shocked me and made one of the greatest impacts on me was the immeasurable, outpouring of love shown to me, and which continues to be shown to me. The best part is that now I can be a part of this marvelous community and give back to the new cats the kind of agape the girls on my flight and I were shown. It is such a joy to be able to show this special love through banquets and candlelights. It's the kind of service that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside:). And, the whole group of people involved are completely and totally awesome which makes it even cooler!!!!!:)

Well people, I've been at this little hoopla a few years now and in all my inifinite wisdom and expansive travels, i still haven't found anything cooler or could think of anything better. Thus would explain why I'm still around... :-), much like big Dave. Oh, and much props to him on the site. he busted his chops on this and ya'll appreciate it or i'll come getcha!! riiiiight. At any rate, my flight was too long ago and I've been on too many since it to remember much, so i will talk about 50 cuz it was prolly the most like it, to my recollection. Awesome cats, awesome team, awesome music, awesome God baby, thats all there is to it. Thank you ladies for the MARVELOUS banquet and to the community, my hats off to you for candlelight. Well ya see what happened was I went on this really awesome journey called Chrysalis and to tell you the truth...the first day I hated it!!!(hehe) But then the next two days were the most, spritiual, marvelous, moving, godful, loving, memorable, exciting days I have ever experimented in my whole life as of yet!!! :-) I love serving on the 4th day team and doing banquet and going to candlelight. Doing all that stuff always resparks every memory from when I went to Chrysalis. IT'S SO MUCH FUN, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Always remember..."Let go and let GOD" & "Don't anticipate, participate!"
